Privacy policy
HafizPro is a Quran recitation and memorization app. This policy explains what happens to your data when you use it. The short version: we do not collect your information, with one deliberate exception described below.
Effective November 2, 2026
What we don't collect
The app does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information on its own. There are no ads, no analytics, no trackers, and no third-party SDKs harvesting your data. Your recitation history, hifz records, settings, and progress live on your own device unless you explicitly choose to use a feature that stores something on our server.
Optional server recordings
The one exception: if you turn on recording and choose to save a recording to our server, that audio is stored there so the feature can work. This is entirely opt-in; nothing is uploaded unless you turn it on yourself.
What we never do
We never sell data, because there is no data to sell. We never embed advertising or tracking. We never share recordings with third parties.
Deleting your data
Recordings you've saved to the server can be deleted from within the app. If you want something removed that you can't delete yourself, contact us and we'll take care of it.
Children
HafizPro is for everyone learning the Qur'an, and we collect nothing from anyone, children included. Since no personal information is gathered, there is nothing to protect or disclose.
Changes
If this policy ever changes — for example, if a feature starts collecting something — we will update this page and change the effective date. The honest version of this policy is the one written here.
